I AM NOT DEAD; FREEMANS SUCK (SCANNER!); PHOTO ALBUM

I AM NOT DEAD: To the joy of a few and the dismay of most, I am not dead. The job (and here comes another excuse!) I was just fired from sucked any strength that I had left in me. Leaving at 6:30am, cycling nine miles to work, working till 4:30 or later and cycling another nine miles home really does something for you, other than a killer tan and tough legs. Still, my firing came into effect on Friday and I'm now in something a lot, lot less strenous (and working from home, too!). So prepare ye the way of the Lew.

FREEMANS SUCK (SCANNER!): Freemans suck. If you wondered what became of the scanner I ordered, well...nothing. About two and a half months after it was first ordered they called to say that they never had that scanner in stock in the first place! If that sounds stupid, that's because it is. So, I went and bought me a nice shiny new CanoScan from PC World (cough) and only had to wait two minutes for it to be delivered. Which means....

PHOTO ALBUM: I've been playing with Movable Type today and so I now have a highly experimental don-t-visit-this-page-if-you're-using-Internet-Explorer photo album! Mostly, aimless crap that I've taken out and about with my '54 Voigtlander (and scanned in with my lovely shiny scanner THAT WAS NOT BOUGHT FROM THE FREEMANS CATALOGUE). Enjoy.
